Dear Sirs,

Art Produce Group Holding is searching for new partners for transportation of Company’s products and invites you to take part in the tender.

Art Produce Group combines a number of large companies, engaged in production and selling of furniture, interior objects and articles of daily use, as well as various groups of consumer goods in the markets of more than 30 countries, including Ukraine. We invite Your company to take part in permanent tenders on determination of carrier company/ forwarder of ocean, auto— and railway freight for enterprises of our holding.

Traditionally, the holding takes to freight marine containers, motor cars and railway cars for transportation from China, Malaysia, Turkey, Italy, Czechia, Poland, Belarus, as well as for deliveries of its products to Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Malta, Suriname, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Poland, Great Britain, Ireland, Uzbekistan.

Volume of transportation requested by “APG” will allow to ensure high load of Your transport facilities, as potential carrier.

1. Main principles of tenders of Art Produce Group:

• The companies having proved reputation and capacities to secure good service are only admitted to participation in the tender;
• The tender is transparent; its results are available to all participants;
• The tender is held with the use of electronic database “APG Transport Services”, providing for opportunity of remote use by participants, through Internet;
• Upon signing of the contract to get access to the base “APG Transport Services”, all participants of the tender shall have the right to free test use thereof during 30 calendar days;
• Participant of the tender shall make one-time annual payment in the amount of UAH 1000,0, VAT included, in case of positive decision of the parties on further cooperation within the limits of tender base;
• Winner in each bid, according to the terms of contract, shall receive certain bonus payments.

2. Transported cargoes: mainly, it is furniture in packed condition, possible/additional goods are components for the furniture making (metallic, fabric, wooden ones).

3. Basic requirements to transportation by trucks: loading from the back, the trucks should be covered or all-steel ones, average weight of products in truck of 86-120 m3 is up to 15 t, availability of at least four pairs of straps and level floor is mandatory.

4. Basic requirements to container transportation (import): direct service is mandatory, placing under conditions of a bond/customs clearance in Dnipropetrovsk, unloading in Nikopol.

5. Basic requirements for all kinds of transportation:

• Mandatory contractual relations.
• Cooperation only with suppliers of transport services — VAT payers.
• Payment of performed works during three banking days (for import container shipping — during fifteen calendar days) after submission of original documents with the required notes and signatures of the consignee about acceptance of the cargo without any claims.
• Payment by cashless transfer in UAH. In case the foreign currency rate is agreed — payment in UAH according to NBU rate as at the date of invoice at actual completion of works.

6. For participation in tender, it is necessary to provide:

• information about Your company’s experience with freight on above directions;
• actual rates for directions and kinds of transportation the most interesting for Your company.
