Existing production and sales volume of the Company make it possible nowadays to keep leader positions on the furniture markets of Ukraine and East Europe.

As a result of reconstruction and modernisation of manufacturing areas the shop layouts are changed and conveyer chain of work processes is organised.

At the affiliated plants of the Company “AMF” it is introduced the staff training system which is created on the base of using principles 5S of lean production Dao Toyota.

Rise of involvement level of the workers into the production process makes the base for improving the quality in long-term outlook.
