CARCASS CHAIRS

The enterprise produces carcass guest chairs, chairs for bars, bases for tables and accessories to them and includes the following production sections:

• pipe production;
• section of electrodeposit;
• section of powder covering;
• section of plastic and plastic cast molding;
• section of carcass production;
• section of in-line assembly of chairs, etc.

Manufacturing of the products arise from part blanks using the technological processes of forming, bending, drilling, metalworker’s refining, cutting, colouring, deposition, plastic manufacturing, cutting and sewing of cloth.

The most popular product of this enterprise is the guest chair IZO, for mass position of which it is given the section of carcass manufacturing IZO. Here the full cycle of carcass manufacturing happens: bending, press punching, carcass assembling by means of welding on manipulators of «Fanuc».

Thanks to automation and equipping the enterprises with the chain of melding robots, made in Taiwan, the carcass manufacturing produces 600 finished products (carcasses) per one working shift.
