CARCASS FURNITURE

Enterprise manufacturing the carcass furniture, which is the part of the Company “AMF”, produces both finished products in the field of office and domestic carcass furniture and accessories for furniture production: backed and laminated plates of particle board, MDF facades, radius MDF facades.
 

Carcass furniture is made of laminated and backed particle board. The furniture manufacturing section has modern equipment: sawing centre «Cassadei», edge bander «Level», drilling-milling centre with programmed numerical control «Tech» and «Unitech». The packaging of the finished products by shrink-pack line permits the customer to see the colour of the product, presence of accompanying forms (passport, engineering instruction).
 

Production capacity of backing line makes it possible to produce 240 000 m2 of particle board, fibreboard and high density fiberboard per year. The method of backing permits to spread decorative coat by one -sided or double-sided veneer made of particle board, fibreboard or other similar materials, skim PVC or paper.
 

Facade production manufactures individual and standard facades for products of carcass furniture and locking bars of various forms and configurations including radius facades. The manufacturing section has vacuum presses SAMHO and ORM for standard programmes, vacuum presses WOOD and VPM 2500 for individual non-standard forms of facades. Range of colours of the produced facades includes more than 155 colours and shades. In the segment of individual orders there is possibility to expand the range of colours. The production capacity of the facade section is 144 000 m2 of the facades per year.
