FOAM RUBBER MANUFACTURING

The company “AMF” produces elastic polyurethane foam (foam rubber) for furniture industry. The enterprise has new equipment and namely foaming machine produced by English company «Cannon Viking» which has computer control of foaming process.

The enterprise produces foam rubber of different marks and it has open-pore structure, good elastic properties and maintainability, manufacturable both in production and in use.

Foam rubber application:

• in furniture industry: as a fuller of soft elements – marks ST (standard) of density from 22 to 40 kg/m3, and also secondly foamed polyurethane – marks ВВ ППУ of density from 67 to 80 kg/m3.
• For the field of cultural and general and household (household sponge bags, paint roller, etc.): marks ST of density from 15 to 20 kg/m3 and marks STRM and STG.
• For sport equipment (mat, punching bag, etc.): foam rubber of density from 67 to 200 kg/m3.

Production capacity of the total foam rubber output is 1700 tonnes per year.
