QUALITY OF MATERIAL

Foam rubber:

• standard;
• very hard and super hard;
• super soft and very soft;
• hyperelastic (including latex-like);
• for firing duplication (with antistatic features and steady to attrition-resistant).

Foam rubber of AMF has the Certificate of TUV.

Upholsteries used in furniture manufacturing are notable for wear-resistance and wide range of texture and colours.

All textile material has high structure density and in wickerwork there is polypropylene thread that provides dense texture of upholstery.

Powder paints are applied by means of electrostatic method at 220-250°С and are shockproof and wear-resistant.

Various kinds of paints are used in production, the colour and texture of which are determined by RAL scale. In the production of AMF the basic paints are: powder paint PULVERIT (RAL-0026) – black colour; powder paint TIGER – aluminium colour.

Plastic, used in furniture manufacturing for CaBaRet and office furniture, is high-quality plastic and super strong polypropylene made in Austria, Hungary and Switzerland.

Polyamide is used in production of crosspiece of roller chairs and arm-chairs.
Polyamide crosspiece is made of special composition of polyamide and glass fiber and thanks to this combination crosspiece has high resistance in relation to loading to 1200 kg. Meanwhile many foreign analogues promise maximum 800 kg.
Glass fiber included in the composition of the product provides retention of resistance even if there are microcracks.
Arm-chairs produced by AMF are completed with polyamide crosspieces which also are supplied to the line of Ukrainian and foreign furniture manufacturers.
